Asset Recovery Process
1. Locating Assets
We know the ins and outs of government agencies in all states. We audit government files and documents for these unclaimed funds, and when we find them, we make it our personal mission to reunite them with their rightful owners.

2. Identifying Heirs
& Rightful Owners
Our claims professionals review volumes of private and public documents to determine which parties, individuals and estates have the right to claim these funds.

3. Locating Clients
We utilize every tool available to locate our clients. We utilize several subscription databases, online public record databases, private investigators and have even contacted relatives and neighbors to find our clients. This by far is the most time consuming and expensive step of the asset recovery process.
4. Contact by Our
Claims Staff
Once we've located the rightful owners of the funds, we contact the parties via letters, emails and telephone calls to discuss the most effective way of claiming the funds. We then prepare a simple contingency agreement outlining the terms of the transaction.
5. Preparing and
Submitting Claims
When you agree to become our client, we prepare all the documents, affidavits, etc. necessary to claim the funds. In certain cases, we may also engage the services of an attorney to facilitate the process. We then set up a time for you to meet with a local notary to go over all the paperwork. Once the signed paperwork is returned to our office, we will assemble the claims package and file it with the holder of the assets. Our agents stay in contact with our clients via telephone so you always know where things stand.
6. Communication
and Follow-up
We maintain constant contact with our Clients throughout the process and provide frequent updates related to the claim. We are always available via phone, email or text and are always happy to provide assistance. In the rare cases where legal assistance is required to receive payment, we handle all the details and advance all expenses.
7. Payment of Claim
We will notify you when your claim has been paid and send out a copy of the financial accounting for your review and approval followed by your check along with a customer satisfaction survey.
