How it Works.....

Our company has relationships with many government agencies across the country.   We audit these agencies digging through their public records in search of lost, missing, and unclaimed funds belonging to private citizens like you.  If these funds go unclaimed for too long, they are usually lost to the government agency and cannot be claimed ever again.  We don't want to see that happen to you!

If you received a phone call or a letter from us, it's because we located funds we believe belong to you or a member of your family.  Now, be careful, because these funds are held for only a brief period of time, after which the agency responsible for them is permitted to seize them through a process called "escheatment".  Contact us right away so we can confirm that you or your relative are entitled to these funds.  Once you have spoken to one of our agents and verbally agreed to allow us to work your claim, we will then set up a time for you to meet with a local notary to go over any necessary paperwork.  Paperwork includes our contingency agreement, the official claim forms from the government agency, and a document allowing us to act as your agent, and deal with government agencies on your behalf.  At that time,  the notary will inform you of the amount of your claim, and where it is being held, so you're always in the loop about what's going on.

Our firm works on a contingency basis - meaning there are no out of pocket expenses to you, AT ALL, EVER, to process your claim.  We pay for all expenses to work your claim, from the expense to have documents notarized, to any government fees associated with the claim, to any mailing or other clerical expenses necessary. If we are successful in collecting your claim, then we split whatever we recover.

After meeting with you, the notary will overnight express mail all the documents to our office, and we will begin processing your claim within 48 business hours (usually the same day we receive the documents).  Claims are almost always processed within four week - often much sooner.  A check will be sent to you via overnight mail, typically within 45 days.

It's that simple!  All YOU have to do is decide what to do with all that cash!
